Overgroup is a software company based in Pensacola, FL that provides back-office systems to telecom providers throughout the US. We offer highly-integrated systems that are web-based and easy to use. We believe in rapid development and have the shortest release cycle in the industry enabling our clients to stay a step ahead of the rest. We focus on providing our clients with great service so they can do the same to their end-users.

Overgroup was founded in 2002, launched with our first client in 2004, and has continued to grow and improve our products year-after-year. We currently have 40 telecom clients.

Overgroup’s applications in the Dallas data center are hosted at Rackspace and run on High Performance Servers that are ideal for complex, compute or memory intensive applications and heavy database-driven workloads. The facilities are staffed 24/7 by certified network and security teams that are thoroughly experienced in managing and monitoring enterprise level networks.

The datacenter is setup with multiple redundancies for the flow of information to and from the datacenter by utilizing nine network providers. A Proactive Network Management methodology monitors route efficiency and end-user performance.

56 Marietta continues to be the premier carrier hotel with the largest concentration of telecommunications companies in the Southeast. Atlanta Georgia is a major interconnection point from Florida to New York to South America and Telx’s building at 56 Marietta Street sits on top of most of this fiber. Telx’s Atlanta data center offers colocation, interconnection and peering services (TIE). Telx’s Telx Virtual Xchange is available at our Atlanta facility.

The Atlanta Data Center offers premier conditioned space, state-of-the-art access control and surveillance systems. All installations are performed to comply with or exceed the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) industry standards.
